A duplicate paragraph? Easy to miss when editing.

Okay, fine. But eventually every darned book started using epigraphs for every chapter, and finally we have all heard every word uttered by Gandhi or about those journeys of a thousand steps. Enough. Epigraphs have become noise. They are distracting to readers. (Business book authors, take note.)
