I don't follow trends in my writing. That's what I love about Medium. I can write about whatever interests me in the moment and do my best to tweak it enough so it's interesting to others too. I joined Medium in September 2020 and by January I was no longer clicking on stories about "succeeding" or articles advising me to write and publish every day.

I have a wide range of interests and love to learn new things. I write what I'm learning about. I've got just over 200 followers since I started -- more than I ever expected. I don't even look at trends, much less follow them!
