I heard this quote: "Happiness isn't having what you want. It's wanting what you have", and what I have is more than enough. Just look at what's happening to so many people with natural disasters, war, the mental health epidemic, just to name a few things.

I've experienced suffering, and now that I'm over 60, I'll surely have more, both physical and psychological. Jesus never promised me a pain-free life. He did promise that He'd never let me go through it alone, and He never has.
