I started with 75%, went to 85% then 90%.

Since I started working from home, I would buy a large block of 77% cacao chocolate (meant for baking), cut it into bite-sized chunks, and put them on my office table.

I started with 75%, went to 85% then 90%. Now I eat the 95% one. Anything lower would now trigger me to binge.
