I'd been using Linux Mint since Windows 7 was no longer supported. I was happy with it until it stopped working and I couldn't get help. What I saw on the forums was cryptic and overwhelming. I did the only practical thing--I brought it to the Best Buy Geek Squad and had them wipe the laptop and install Windows 11. I watched lots of videos and bought the big version of Windows 11 for Dummies.

I'm glad I switched back to Windows. It's SO much easier to get help and most of the time, I won't need it.
