I'm not into "Morning Pages" in the dogmatic way Julia Cameron proposes. I do want to do "free-writes" daily, or at least on the days that I don't write a series of Medium responses.

I don't plan to write a book, nor am I interested in writing for income. I need some days to get "input" so I can produce "output" on other days. There needs to be a balance.
