I’m working on making that change. Our friends call my husband and I vampires because we typically go to bed around 2:30–3:00 a.m. and get up around 10:00–10:30 a.m.
My reason for making the change is to get more time alone and to avoid late-night carb cravings. The last few nights, I’ve started my bed-time routine 2 hours earlier. One night I made it to bed by 11:30 p.m. Now that was a miracle!
