It was a chess content creator who said that it's not what you PUT INTO your mind that indicates what you've learned. It's what you can PULL OUT that matters. At 66, that doesn't amount to much unless I do it immediately, and then again later at intervals with plenty of review. If' you've not heard of it, check out "spaced repetiton".
