It was several years after I started using an iPad that I realized their versions of websites are limited compared to the laptop version. As a result, there are activities I prefer to do on a laptop, and others where my iPad or Android tablet are preferable because of their portability.
I study chess and discovered that there are things I was supposed to be able to do, but I couldn't find those features on my iPad. I wrote about that here:

For games, reading or even writing these Medium responses, my iPad with a portable bluetooth keyboard in my favourite coffee-shop is more than sufficient.
