I've noticed the shallowness of self-help articles. I'd rather share my story and what worked in my life. Advice is so easy to give and often impossible to follow. We can't accomplish our goals because we often don't want them badly enough to do what it takes to achieve them.

How many of us were raised to practice discipline: doing what we need to do in the present moment? We almost always do what feels good instead because we value what's in front of us now, not what's to happen later.
