Maybe I've been hiding under a rock, but I've never heard the term "struggle porn" before. I've struggled with weight most of my life and had victory over it a couple of times.

I know from experience that I can get food into its proper place in my life when I want to badly enough. Lately, I've not wanted to make the effort to renew my mind. I think part of the problem is that I don't get enough time alone to reflect deeply.

I don't trust any nutrition information anymore, mostly because it's often contradicted a few years later. I have a sense of what is healthy and what isn't. I've been trying (not that hard) to cut back on sugar and processed food. Other than walking on the treadmill each day, I don't do much exercise though I really need to work on my balance!

Though it's not OK culturally to criticize people who are a different race, religion, or sexual orientation, the same does not apply when it comes to larger than average people. As dangerous as this might be to say, I'll say it anyway. FAT Lives Matter Too!
