My brain fog comes from over-stimulation of my brain, including not enough sleep. I need to spend time being creative in a way that doesn't tax my mind (crochet and knitting are what I enjoy). Brain dumps also help. Getting what's in my mind on to a page in a messy way is like cleaning out a closet.
I enjoy puzzles and activities that keep my mind active. Balance is where I struggle.
