Taking in tips and ideas through reading a blog, listening to a podcast, or attending a Zoom Weight Watchers meeting makes you feel that you're sure to lose at least one or two pounds before weigh-in day. Because you are ABSOLUTELY going to drink more water, get to bed early, and track every bite for the rest of this week.
What actually happens is that you do none of these things even the same day, much less a few days afterward. The scale number either goes up or stays the same.
If what's in our minds doesn't reach our will and become consistent action, we don't get the result we want and wonder what went wrong.
