The digital tools I use when I'm ready to write are Google Docs for my drafts and notes, Grammarly, and the Medium editor. I've recently started using a tool to convert PDFs to epub format to make my research easier. I find Copilot better than ChatGPT because it provides sources. Google Scholar is another tool I'm considering for longer articles.
