This reminds me of James Clear who wrote Atomic Habits. I have certain things I do every day. This is what saves me on the days I feel like doing NOTHING.

When you have several aversive tasks to get done, I read the advice to “eat the biggest frog first”. It’s amazing the energy you get when something you dread is now behind you.
