Unless you REALLY know computers, Linux isn't the best choice. I started using Linux Mint Cinamon. It was awesome...until I opened it to see a black screen with cryptic text. Using the forums wasn't helpful since I couldn't understand anything I read there.

We subscribe to GeekSquad through Best Buy but they don't support Linux. I couldn't find anyone to help me so, after struggling to find answers, I decided to return to Windows. I'm a basic user, not a developer. I can understand 80% of what I find on Windows forums or YouTube videos.
