Your example about moving was excellent. I understood exactly how the Stoic logic approach worked. When driven by our desires without the willingness to “sleep” on a decision, we can and do make plenty of mistakes. But just putting off a decision isn’t enough. You need to know how to think well about something. We used some of these elements when we decided not to get a used SUV to replace our Toyota. We wanted a smoother ride since the roads in our city are very bumpy and we’re not getting any younger. :)
